| UFC104... I've been trying to figure this one out for weeks now. I feel that Shogun has a great chance against Machida if he can hold onto Machida and take him down. If he's ontop or on bottom it should not matter. But if he can't, and stands with Machida it's going to be a long day. Intresting thing to me is when Shogun strikes he sidesteps a lot which doesn't translate well for Karate. In Karate the targets usually aren't as laterally animated. I think this factor will be a little trouble some for Machida. Can he adapt?? I think he can, but will he beable to transparently?! I dunno.
Cain Vs. Rothwell. I LOVE Cain... but I feel in this fight Cain still has ALOT to prove, and that might be his downfall. If he wants an impressive finish he'll have to stand against Rothwell and box it out... if he DOES?! It's over for him. He will get dropped. He has high chances of a win by Taking Rothwell down since he has shitty takedown defence... but I feel he'll try to stand with him early on. |
